A taste of autumn in this event with taste and tradition. Protagonist is one of the most popular mushrooms: the pioppino, served with polenta in a delicious and tasty tomato sauce. At the Antraccoli festival, now famous and known, there will not be other typical local dishes, from appetizers to desserts, in an atmosphere full of music, fun with live orchestra.
The traditional and now historic village festival of pioppino with polenta of Antraccoli, this year has reached the 40th edition, organized by the village association La Biribaola. The festival will take place from Thursday 29 August to 1 September and from 5 to 8 September inclusive. A village food festival able to involve locals and guests, who find themselves for the pleasure of being together and sharing a few days in joy.
The tasty menu will consist of a typical dish of polenta with pioppini mushrooms, from traditional tagliolini in bean broth, from stewed salted cod with leeks as well as grilled meat, bruschette, pies with beaks and other specialties. As always, the evenings will be enlivened by the music of the best orchestras and the good humor and courtesy of all the staff.
