La Lucca Visit Card will be available for purchase by November 2025 at the ticket offices of participating museums and cultural institutes (excluding those with free admission), at Tourist Information Offices of the Municipality of Lucca (IAT) and online on the e-commerce portal managed by Lucca Plus Srl, which will provide technical support and integrated digital services.
