1st edition of the Titanium Challenge - Unconventional Triathlon, sports event for super athletes, on 29 and 30 May. Unlike the classic triathlon where the disciplines are sequential, in the Titanium Challenge the disciplines are mixed, making it one of a kind, hence the definition "unconventional".

Departure from Montecatini Terme by racing bike with arrival in Viareggio. Upon arrival, the competitors leave their bikes and complete a 2 km run on the beach, followed by another 2 km in the sea by swimming. Once the tests are over, the athletes will restart with the racing bicycle towards Montecatini Terme.
From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on 29 May, stop in Lucca for a 30 km test (8 laps) on the Renaissance city walls. Arrival at the finish in the city of Montecatini.
