At the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Lucca "Moneyless - The geometric alchemist of urban art" is the street-art of one of the most illustrious contemporary artists of "murals" who grew up in the Lucca area, in an exhibition curated by Gian Guido Maria Grassi.

Moneyless, born Teo Pirisi, back from a major intervention in Sweden, where he painted an entire gallery, and about to leave for the United States, where he will participate in numerous events, is now universally recognized as one of the pioneers at the same time of abstract abstraction in Italy and one of the few to have ferried it from urban walls to museums.

The exhibition, created by the Banca del Monte di Lucca Foundation with the Lucca Sviluppo Foundation and the collaboration of the Start-Open your eyes association and the patronage of the Municipality of Lucca, is part of a series of initiatives dedicated to urban art in the Lucca area.

Last year, Moneyless himself created the first two institutional murals for the stART Festival project in the San Vito district. The exhibition will also be an opportunity to learn more about one of its protagonists of what is commonly known as Street Art, the most disruptive and global artistic movement of the last forty years capable of influencing the collective imagination, giving rise to changes on the urban and social plan.

The exhibition will remain open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 15:30 to 19:30
