For three days the ancient streets of Nozzano Castello revive between "reality and fantasy."
The medieval village, which construction is attributed, according to tradition, to Matilda of Canossa, is the ideal environment to resurrect the past: you just cross the only gateway and you are in another world and in another time, in a fascinating natural stage i. e. the village itself.. Witchcraft and magic of the castle: music, arts, gastronomy, games of Matilde di Canossa's period.

Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 September

from 5::00 to 12:00 pm - in the village streets - Mediaval market of ancient crafts,  street animations, music, diffeent non stop shows, ancient games to admire and try, historical paredes.

from 5::00 to 12:00 pm - in the fortress and in the tower - Medieval military outbursts, fights and archery.

from 5::00 to 12:00 pm - at the Jester's place - Shows of :Jester, musicians, illusionists, fachires, waders, fire games.

from 7:00 pm - in the taverns - Food from Dante's period. Pies from the historical and local tradition. Wine from the Luquese hills, "ippocrasso" (medieval beverage).

Sunday, September 3

at 6:00 pm - Great historical parade. Animated by the historical group "Il Castello", by the musicians of Lucca's Municipality, and by the twinned historical groups.
