The Musei Nazionali of Lucca, Villa Guinigi and Palazzo Mansi offer the public an unusual alternative to spend pleasant hours dedicated to art and culture.

In the museum rooms the history of the city of Lucca is traced: at Villa Guinigi, home of Paolo Guinigi, the path starts from the 8th century B.C. with the archaeological collection, to get to the eighteenth century with works mainly with a sacred subject; at Palazzo Mansi you are welcomed into a typical and sumptuous residence of merchants from Lucca, which houses the Pinacoteca with paintings of Italian and not Italian schools from the 16th to the 18th century.
