"There are friends who talk about your land as you would never have believed. They are the museums of Tuscany ": this is the slogan of Amico Museo, the initiative of the Tuscany Region to which the Municipality of Lucca has also joined to enhance the museum heritage of the area.
Many appointments scheduled from 10 May to 2 June in museums and places of historical and cultural interest, with extraordinary openings, exhibitions, guided tours, exhibitions, animations and workshops for children and adults.

Saturday 18 May on the occasion of the Night of Museums extraordinary openings until late evening.

The National Museums of Lucca, of the Polo Museale of Tuscany, offer guided tours included in the admission ticket, by the museum staff, which will lead to the discovery of the museum collections and the artistic tradition of Lucca.

The Palazzo Mansi initiative will also see the participation of the Liceo Musicale Passaglia of Lucca, the students of the singing, guitar and ensemble music class, will accompany the visit performing musical interventions drawn, among others, from the repertoire of Bellini, Verdi and Puccini.
