The ransom of a woman sewn into places of tragedy. "Quando potrò baciarti" ("When I could kiss you") is staged in the Monastero agostiniano of Vicopelago (Monastery of the Visitation of Vicopelago, also known as Augustinian monastery of Vicopelago). On the occasion of the centenary of the first Italian performance of Suor Angelica - the very first one was staged in New York in 1918 - and after the success of the same opera last year in the church and in the kindergarten adjacent to the monastery, this year the initiative further enriches. An emotional lyrical journey into the life of Suor Angelica. The representation of the homonymous Puccini work presents some novelties compared to last year. Actors and the public this year will share not only the spaces of the garden of the kindergarten and the church, but also the part of the internal cloister which is the theater where the work takes place and the place described precisely in the libretto of the same. The stage costumes are sewn by the women of the tailoring workshop of the Luna anti-violence center.
