Archaeological exhibition Time travel - Domestic life from the Etruscans to the Romans open from October to December, promoted by the Municipality of Porcari and set up at the Archaeological research facilities in Porcari.
The exhibition opens on Saturday 19 October at 5:00pm presenting a way to enhance archaeological finds from the excavation works of the Fossa Nera A and B sites, located in the municipal area, following an ideal time line that leads from the Etruscans to the Roman age, telling, through the objects, of uses and customs from that period.

Extraordinary openings:
Sunday, November 24, 10:00 am / 1:00 pm
with guided tour of the archaeological sites of Fossa Nera A and B curated by Letizia Giusti (in case of bad weather, the guided tour is postponed to Saturday, December 14th);
Saturday, December 14, 10am / 1pm.

The exhibition will be enriched by collateral initiatives aiming at the spread and knowledge of the archaeological heritage:

Thursday 5 December at 5.30 pm - Public meeting "Archaeological areas between local identity and cultural tourism" in the council hall of Piazza Felice Orsi in Porcari with speeches by Laura Genovese, ISPC-CNR Cultural Heritage Institute Milan and Floriano Cavanna, President Arkè Association Cultural.
